Active Owl Statues of all colors: Red, Purple, Green, Blue. This gives you the other 4x light orbs in the Bike Room.

It seems Owl of the Watchers (Owl Statue) has cooldown by clicking and only 1 can do it which it means it is impossible to do it! Imagine 10-20 doing it at once.

I just waited and all colors will come soon enough. My order was red, green, blue and last purple ( not sure if order matters) and my warden pet. I got it done within 30 minutes. That was the easy part lol, the puzzle took me over an hour…
