turns out i was wrong. it stacks 2 times but is a 50% cast reduction. Happy days
Giving boomkin what feral used to have is dumb imo , or they make cyclone like that work with predatory swiftness outside of pvp would be great

it is not instant on ptr.
you can have two stacks with 50% cast reduction but you will only use 1 stack to cast cyclone which makes it 50% faster.

oh lol didnt expect that. Seems more reasonable though
i didn’t test though if it is still consumed by starfire because if it is then you accidentally lose your stacks sometimes hehe
Am I reading the patch notes wrong? This looks like it’s a PvP talent for Guardian Druids only?
Healing tide is the best ability in game now?
Can’t see what PvP talent I’d drop to use this.
Doesn’t feel like a buff boomie needs…I know they wanted to rework honor talents but giving a class instant cast cc while being able to crit for 20k with an instant cast 
makes me wonder why I’m not playing some form of hybrid or wizard already.
