I have purchased a three-month subscription for World of Warcraft and I have recieved three days of extra playtime instead of the promised three months. This can be proven by the increase of the time counter from 4 days to 7 days. In the date of 19/02/2023 I paid exactly 35,97 euros with my mastercard. This money has been now removed from my bank account yet i have not recieved the promised three-month playtime. I hope that this issue is addressed properly soon. If anyone has a solution in mind or knows anything about this topic please give me some insight.
You will need to raise a ticket, there is a section for payments, you may need to go for the option ‘not listed here’
Sounds to me like the payment failed and the bank have reserved the money.
If that’s the case why would they receive even 3 days?
They sometimes give you a 3 day grace period to try again.

One thing to add, the launcher sometimes displays wrong duration. I have been sorted until March 3rd ever since the WLK launch but it would regularly go back to mid-February if I left the launcher open for a longer period of time.
