Paid for a WoW subscription, but didnt get it

I subscribed for 3 months to World of Warcraft on the same day as my sub was running out, got charged for it but not given the 3 month game time I paid for-
Please fix.

You would need to open a ticket and ask about it. There can sometimes be a delay in time being added to your account.

Either from your banks side or sometimes Blizzard’s side. The money doesn’t go straight out of your bank but is reserved before it is sent and looks like it’s been paid on your statement.

So basically check your Transaction History and if it’s not there or the status is not “complete” then try troubleshooting according to your payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).
