Do you have multiple WoW Accounts, e.g., WoW 1, WoW 2 etc. If so, make sure you have chosen the right one via Battle.net launcher.
Second thing, as you’re writing on EU forums. Are you sure you’re not trying to login to EU version of the game with US version account? If you’re, in that case you’re considered trial here, as these are completely two different versions.
