Paladin Glyphs: Can we have one that changes Avenging Wrath looks based on worship culture?

When you think about it, it doesn’t make really sense that, for example, a Draenei has eagle/bird-like wings as Paladin when using Avenging Wrath, when the Draenei have the Worship of the Naaru in their Culture as (manifested) representation for their Worship of the Light. Their “wings” would make more sense to look more Naaru inspired, at least for the Lightforged Draenei

Or a Tauren Paladin wouldn’t have eagle-like wings because their Worship of the Light is based around their Worship for Sun (hence Sun Walkers)… They wings would probably look more like radiating beams and glows rather than classical wings.

Wouldn’t it be cool to have (someday) a glyph that changes the Wings appearance based on specific races, that you can optionally use?

To make a small list here:

  • (Lightforged) Draenei - Naaru inspired
  • Tauren - Sun inspired
  • Zandalari - Loa inspired
  • Bloodelf - Technically also Naaru, since Mu’ru sacrificed itself to cleanse the Sunwell

I don’t dare to list more, because I am not that familiar with the lore on other races, but I am sure you get the idea. Thoughts?

Technically your proposal is fine, however, if they are to do so it would lead to spiral of changes for other classes and races.

If they didn’t decide to make custom druid forms for Zandalar and Kul’tiran then they could have enabled more races to be druids. Now people are simply expecting custom forms for each potential druid race.

Some things should be kept simple.

Agreed. It’s a great idea.

But we’ll end up with the Druid/Shaman situation.

Druids have lots of options for their various Shapes. Shamans have about 3 for the ghost wolf.

It’s a nice idea. Also I’d like a fire bird - based effect for belf paladins.
