Paladin legion artifact appearances not showing up in transmog

i just finish ‘balance of power’ questline for artifact appearances than i go to transmog to changemy current weapon but it is not on the legion artifact list

There is a special system that scans your unlocked artifact appearances and adds them to your transmog collection. This system fires only once right after you log in on the character and then never fires again during your playtime. This is why you won’t see any newly unlocked artifacft appearences in transmog collection.

You need log out and log back in. Then newly obtained artifact appearances will get added to your transmog collection and you will be able to use to for transmog purpuses.
