In my opinion on map like WSG paladin shouldnt use a divine steed and ride with flag to base. Its unslowable and its veeeeeery unfair to hold flag. It shouldnt work like that.

Maybe as prot with Steed of Glory Talent ok, but other tanks have also all kinds of movement abilities to cross the map faster.
I prefer a prot pally over a guardian or dh tank in my flag bgs tbh.
Ofcourse, you have an issue with Paladins. DKs have a shorter Cooldown, longer duration and with 100% movement impairing immunity to their version of the horse. While they can simultaneously snare people within a 30 yards distance with Chains of Ice. No issue found there.
Really? One of the weakest Tank speccs in PvP, and you still finding something to cry about?
Even healers and DPS are better FCs than Prot Paladins. You know you can apply any kind of other CCs on the paladin while he is on pony? Skilled played keep their stun ready for when the paladin pony’s up.
We can’t use our strongest deff CDs while carrying flags btw (BoP, Bubble, Auto-Bubble)…
The improved pony talent is in the DPS Hero talent tree, while as FC you would prefer the Healing Hero talent tree. RIP.

but rouge / monk / DH any class that is basically GOD tier mobility wise is OK?
Rouge is really OP TBH.
You wake up in the morning, look at them without rouge and some literally have no lips.
It’s called Blessing of Freedom, divine steed is also stunnable.
My favorite ability is the drakhryrs who, in Twin Peaks, simply take the horde player carrying the flag and jump into the abyss with him. This cannot be avoided. It simply takes your character and transports you to the abyss.
It can be avoided by using WASD to not walk next to the pit.
