Holy is strong at 40. You will not run out of mana at this rate… Specially when it seems that having a Ret with Martyr seems to be beneficial (looks like Martyr might be viable DPS boost).

Prot pal is incomplete without both Consecration & Sanctuary.
There should be a Consecration rune or something.
or just simply make concecration a normal learned spell job done
