Paladin threat issues, consectration not working (?)

Is anyone else having this issue?

I’ve tanked several dungeons and I am having serious threat issues.
I’m using superior wizard oil, seal of righteousness and obviously have Righteous fury active. I am nearly full pre raid bis with some karazhan peices and I am losing agro left right and centre. Sometime when I try to taunt with Righteous defense it doesn’t work until the target actually hits my party member when in some instances they get one shot.

I’ve noticed this has been an ongoing issue on TBC server on US but are any other EU players experiencing this too? BLIZZ help please, I’m rendered useless at this point.

You are not losing threat. Some dork is taking it.

Are you opening with Avenger’s Shield? Some pala tanks seems to have watched some silly videos claiming that you don’t use that. Bad. Initial aggro is key. Use that. Then fart fire. If someone aggro after that they suck. Unless they are good and they have slows and aoe. Mages and stuff. If things runs away from you at full speed, dorks in group.

In the US forum the healer was getting aggro. That’s clearly wrong. Did that ever happen to you?

The bug exist but shouldnt be used as excuse for every case like written there it happens not in every dungeon or raid. Means when for someone this problem exist in every dungeon it probably isnt this bug.

Paladins who are defeated in Netherstorm or Tempest Keep dungeons and resurrect automatically at the Spirit Healer will once again generate threat with their periodic abilities.
