Can Horde Palas and Alliance Shamans get lvl 60 pvp armor in the pre patch?
not sure about pvp gear, but gear in general 100%
ZG and AQ20 will be running right up till the end, easy raids with good loot for fresh 60 to help the level experience once you’re in tbc

U cant make horde pala / ally shaman in prepatch

@Bloodléss: Actually, current plan by Blizzard is to add draenei and blood elves in pre-patch, so yes you can.
@Bodie: As to your question, probably, if they are able to reach level 60 before actual launch.
