Will Draught of the Ten Lands and Darkmoon Faire XP Buff stack with Pandamonium?
Apparently you couldn’t mail items during the PTR for it, it may have changed but it looks like it was designed around not needing to have anything from existing characters.
I’ve not looked into it much because I want it to be fresh when I level a character through it.

We create a character in the Remix mode, they aren’t in Retail as such. So I don’t think you’ll have access to Ten Lands, but I’m not sure if we are just limited to Pandaria. Not read anything detailed about the mode. If we can’t leave Pandaria you won’t have access to DMF either.
However it’s just a carbon copy of Retail then maybe.

What about having an unused lvl 70 boost for this event?
You can’t leave Pandaria, or more precisely even if you find a way to leave it will teleport you back after a few seconds. I assume mail won’t work either otherwise people would just send enchants and stuff they shouldn’t have access to.

I suppose I could just make yet another pandaren monk for this. Pretty much got MoP levelling on auto mode. I can understand not being allowed to use stuff from other characters as it puts everyone on a level playing field. Which is rare considering how much we might have to speed things up with alts and all.
