Thinking about role playing one. Could you see a enhancement shaman as shado pan though?
In WoWpedia’s article on the Shado-Pan, three “sub-diciplines” are mentioned, and these reportedly contain other classes than monks, although shaman weren’t specifically mentioned that I could see.
I assume enhancement shaman would be accepted into the Shado-Pan, or at least into one of the sub-disciplines, because I think enhancement shaman can be quite formidable against the enemies of / threats against the Shado-Pan.
Something else to consider is that Shado-pan never leave Pandaria unless there is an outside danger DIRECTLY threatening it. Having a Shado-pan hanging around Stormwind is a bit OOC.

It is as Miranoo said, you’re supposed to be mainly in Pandaria unless sent to a mention, and also, Shado pan are 100% Neutral from alliance’s and horde faction war, their concern is only Pandaria and they would do ANYTHING to save it
Being an enchantment shaman,i can see you fitting for Blackguard branch, which is for warriors and monks, if was sort of Ele perhaps Omnia are better…
On Argent Dawn EU there is a horde (OOCly) shado pan guild named silent vigil, perhaps you can tag along them if you play on EU

If I’d have pandaren shaman I’d make him elemental and tushui. On wanreding isle pandaren are shown to have a strong bond with the spirits, they even make friends out of them and they’re present in their everyday activities.
You can ran around with those pandaria elemental pets. That’s really cute.

Yeah bro, I made one. Tushui one as well as it fits their lore better then houjin. I just couldn’t resist a pandaren after all aha.
