Pandaren or Dark Iron Dwarf ?

Hello everyone ! I need your comments to select my race Which race do you prefer for your shamans ? I am trying to select my race between Pandaren or Dark Iron Dwarf.

Dark iron Dwarf.

I like panda because of that CC, really great (at least for me) when I play enha because we lack any proper stun, so every small bit helps.

On the other hand that DI racial is also perfect CC breaker, you can break that root/beam combo and remove poisons with that which is really helpful.

Dark iron. I mean i love pandaren, lorewalker cho is one of favorite chacaters. Pandarens aesthetically are just un-pleasing to look at compares to dark iron.

I even spent money (or rather gold for tokens) for the first time as DI just look amazing. And their totems look amazing.
The mole machine is nothing game breaking, but a very nice quality of life improvement, especially if you farm old raids as many spots are near raid entrances.

Personally I’d go dwarf since their animations are much nicer in my opinion. Also armor fits better on dwarf (everything gets weirdly stretched on pandas). But that’s just me

For PvE you are looking at the option between:

Be bursty (Dark iron) + physical damage reduction
Constant damage increase (Pandaren) + one extra interrupt for M+

So if it a matter of aesthetics until we know how the Pandaren heritage armour will look like I’d say go with Dark Iron Dwarf (that is what I’d do if I’d be playing Alliance that much).

My Mag’har orc shaman, went to become Dark Iron Dwarf in the new raid, during the Alliance bit. I’d most certainly go Dark Iron dwarf is I was Alliance.

Btw, Dark Iron dwarf, you get that unlocked by getting exalted with doing WQs/emmissary on the horde area? Am doing now the Alliance quest stuff on my DH. Might as well slowly unlock them
