Since 11.1, after reaching 10000 reputation, emissary NPC doesnt have the question mark to turn in the quest to get the cache. Tried on two different factions, relog didnt help either.

Overflowing Hallowfall Trove, Overflowing Severed Threads Trove, Overflowing Council of Dornogal Trove & Overflowing Trove of the Deeps are not being rewarded. How can these bugs keep happening, you guys have had 6 months at least to work on this new patches possibly even longer and you do not compensate your players in anyway shape or form. Not only am I not going to get compensated for the wasted rep/time i have spent grind out. Also my guild bank was literally wiped clean of all the items I have farmed over the pass 13 years have gone and i didn’t receive anything back at all.
I am wanting an answer of what compensation players will be receiving due to the constant lack of care when releasing patches during this expansion. You keep releasing content in a unpolished format and players like myself are taking the brunt of it, many players like myself have played this game for nearly 20 years and just simply apologising is not a suitable solution to resolve my complaint.
Either restore the missing items or compensate your players. I will be awaiting a response

It has been 7 days now, reportedly it’s a problem for every single expansion since Legion. Would be really nice to know something more than just generic info on support page that doesn’t really say anything.
What about 7 days of reputation buff wasted?
What about days of reputation farming wasted?
On top of it all, there are all the bugs since TWW got released more than 7 months ago (Tormentors of Torghast etc.) I am quite new in the game so is this a common practice that some more old features will just randomly stop working over time and never get fixed?

There are things broken for years. For example Garrison Monuments. They are bugged since Dragonflight prepatch - thats over 3 years. So, answering to your question this is common practice. Blizzards likes to mess with old content every patch and just leave it sometimes.

On the US forums someone mentioned that a GM has said that we won’t be getting the paragon caches retroactively either, after its fixed.
So, Blizzard expects us to pay to play their game monthly, and when we do that and can’t get the full benefits out of our subscription we’re expected to just bend over and take it?
I fully expect compensation for this mess. It’s such a huge amount of SUBSCRIPTION time wasted.

Ye-, just hit 7500and I didn’t get the hallowfall trove either 
Hi, was wondering if this bug is still active with overflowing troves not being given after getting 7500 extra points when your renown is level 25. It just resets to 0. Is Blizzard working on solving this? It’s a big income buster.

You have to go and collect them from the relevant quatermaster. They don’t just appear in your bags.
I know that already. I visit them but they aren’t issuing any overflowing troves even when I max out that given reputation again. They don’t give a signal next to the reputation bar either like they normally do once you hit 7500 again.
Thats strange, because I got two earlier today, one from the spider zone, and one from Dornegal.
I see. Well, several people reported this bug over the past week or so. Would be good if Blizz has a response for it. I guess I’ll wait and see if a trove comes next time.

Apologies for the confusion as some may have noticed this was working again for a while, but then stopped.
Unfortunately the first fix introduced some new issues and had to be reverted.
A new fix was rolled out yesterday, and paragon rewards should once again be awarded correctly!
I got my first paragon reward since the patch today - so fingers crossed that it all up and running again.

Still happening, just got 7500 rep with Assembly of the deeps and no chest… beyond ridicules that this is been going on for so long without a fix and there’s no retroactive compensation either.
I got 3x Paragon caches just fine yesterday, but my Cartels of Undermine one I should have gotten today didn’t give a reward and has just reset to gaining rep again…
Update and possible solution for some?:
Turns out that the cache was only collectable on the toon I assume I hit the 7500 rep with. I’m sure it didn’t use to be that way but either way it might be worth checking on your characters.

This has NOT been fixed!
Paragon chests may be rewarded but only to the character that hit 7500 as @Amoral mentioned above. This means I have Radiant Echos and Crests ending up on “wrong” characters (=alts) instead of my main. This is not just for TWW rep, but same bug with DF reputations.
The rep bar for Hallowfall Arathi has also gone missing in the Reputation pane which makes it even harder to identify which character might have a chest to pick up unless going there physically with every alt to check at the quartermaster in Mereldar.
Especially for people with alt armies this is a huge inconvenience and before rolling out shared Shadowlands rep for Warbands in 11.1.5, I’d strongly suggest Blizzard get this rep stuff in order.
