Wow classic veteran here. Just noticed that Mobs and my characters dont parry haste. For those that arent familiar with parry haste, its a swing timer reset after your character or mob performs a parry , allowing you to attack almost instantly after parrying. After the SoD p2 patch and the level cap increase shamans get the talent in enh. tree that allows them to have a chance to parry. After taking the talent when my character parries his swing timer doesnt reset and dont get parry haste tried with corpsemaker 3.80 attck speed.
Anyone else notice the same issue?
haste is 20% or so. not 100%
