Particular server issue

Hello its been months I haven’t been able to play properly. game randomly freezes, I can read chat, I can join guilds or party but I can’t play because one server is about home ping and game play is about other one.

my tracert and winmtr shows that I have always having a problem with ae1-br02-eqam1.as57976 this one. always 1500+ ms here is full tracert.

I am about the quit the game for good because I can’t play for like 10 seconds.

I’m having the same issue on the same HOP, but since this morning.

Same issue with high latency this morning here as well.

Tried pinging the three server addresses:

185.60.112.157 - 351ms
185.60.112.158 - 360ms
185.60.114.159 - 29ms

I usually play at around 30ms and the game is currently unplayably slow.

I fixed it with a router/modem restart.
Seems it was a routing issue because with a VPN I had no problems at all.
