The patch 10.2 release was a disgrace:
- There is neither honor, nor conquest gear available to purchase
- Yet, conquest can be earned
- All earned conquest will be removed next week with nothing you can buy with it in the meanwhile
- For approximately 2-3 hours in the morning one could buy crafting tokens, then these were hotfixed and disappeared
Just imagine being a player who skipped season 2, and wants to come back check the game for season 3, realizing they can’t buy any gear apart from the green crafted gear (around 100k a piece), or the world PVP gear, which they are obviously supposed to farm with 300k health from season 1…
Did anybody on the wow team think of this at all? What’s with the whole mess? Or everyone too busy designing the 5th quest where you plant some seeds…
Please guys, get a grip. The way this season started is inexcusable

Also can’t upgrade Bloody Tokens gear with ur Trophy of Strife
There will apparently be something you buy, you dont upgrade it anymore. Atleast it showed vendor selling the upgraded version for trophy + blood tokens on PTR.
You would be correct, except the season hasn’t started yet. It is completely intentional as you are meant to experience the new zone without pressure to do progression.
This isn’t the first time PvP takes a backseat to doing the main quest/PvE. and won’t be the last.

Also you can’t queue Shuffle on EU because they already lifted the ilvl requirement to 473 ilvl. Meanwhile in NA people keep queueing shuffle with S2 conquest gear.
Ever since I’ve played this game, there has never been a week when you can’t buy honor gear.
On the contrary, in the past the between-season week was called “free conquest week” because conquest gear was available for honor.
But not having any kind of PVP gear to buy is very bad. It’s never been like this before. At worst, old season honor gear was available.

Except usually can buy honor gear, you CAN’T buy S3 conquest stuff with S2 conquest and you can queue any mode (you just dont get any points for it).
Can i start farming the “trophys of strife” this week (or what its called)?
Yes, it’s in the new zone this week. You can get 8 trophies of strife, they are not in your bag now, so don’t worry when you turn in the quest and don’t find them. They are a currency now. You can spend them next week

But thats what you get, when you hire gender study employees instead of game developers.

I’m so confused.
On the one hand I can’t buy honor gear, which is unusual.
On the other hand I still have my honor, and there’s an item on the vendor that I can buy. This allows me to effectively store honor at the cost of half of it for use in season 3.
So… next week the honor is going to reset? And when it does, I’ll still have all my honor from the boxes? So I can sneak honor from S2 to S3 in this way?
What the hell is going on? This is completely broken.

Yes there has. The exact same thing happened last season. You farm Bloody Tokens the first week, and get honor gear from vendor when the new seasons goes live.
