new PTR patch released and havoc is untouched together with existing bugs in talent trees and an underperfoming aldrachi reaver as well as being mid in pvp
are they deliberately ignoring havoc just to boost devourer popularity?

At this point, it feels like Havoc has been effectively abandoned.
Persistent bugs, unresolved talent issues, and a clear lack of tuning have left the spec significantly underperforming. Despite ongoing feedback, these problems remain largely unaddressed.
Aldrachi Reaver continues to feel weak and unrewarding, while Devourer is receiving noticeable attention and improvements. This disparity is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
In PvP, Havoc lacks both meaningful pressure and survivability, making it feel outclassed rather than competitive.
More importantly, this isn’t just about numbers — Havoc has always been one of the most enjoyable and popular PvP specs, and many players genuinely want to play it.
Right now, those players feel pushed away from the spec they enjoy. Addressing these issues wouldn’t just improve balance — it would bring players back to Havoc.
Please take another look at the spec and give it the attention it clearly needs.

They forgot havoc.
Alot can happen before season 2, but seems the situation is similar to TWW season 1. Havoc wasnt good in TWW season 1 but then aldrachi reaver got reworked and it became good spec.
Though difference now is that DH has 1 spec which is performing well. I still hope I can go back to havoc aldrachi reaver in season 2, I liked it. Dont really like havoc as fel-scarred so hopefully thats not gonna be meta in season 2
