Patch 8.2. More Horde internal flaggelation

Clearly Alliance bias here… Right xd?

This Dickmann falls into the group of people who ignore the fact that Humans started being the dominant Alliance race only in Mists of Pandaria. 8 years after the game was released.

I’d take this words as solace, but at this point I don’t anymore.
Every time Blizzard writers feel without ideas for that ‘bland’ Human & Co. side, they decide to push those Horde differences to absurd levels and make each race cannibalise or alienate the traits of the other.
Or put against each other entire factions to the point they destroy the outliner/outstanding guy and kick him until nothing is left of what made him unique.

Take a look at the current story. Forsaken are expected to be punished by the rest of the Horde and changed as a culture because it clashes with some other Horde culture. And players from it are cheering for it.
And look at what happened with orcs in MoP.

Definetly. Given how much people complain about the ones that currently stick out (to the point they demand ‘rebranding’), the lack of these stories in the Alliance and the fact it manages to keep entire factions intact at this point is better.

Want less ‘Horde bias’?
Ok then, let’s hope that whatever is happening with Night elves evolves into the same situation that is happening with Sylvanas and the Forsaken. See what happens when players experience in the Alliance some of that ‘Horde bias’ and start decapitating the ones that poke their head over the crowd.

I would say Cata. The Shattering had Varian deciding dwarven politics by force, Wolfheart was all about all the other leaders groveling to get Varian to agree to something, and after that novel Varian pretty much became High King.

Before that they were only the most prevalent race.

Human Potential = Alliance bias!

That was only Varian, not all Humans. Up to that point Humans didn’t steal anyone’s spotlight. It was in Mists that they began using Humans too much by having lesser races wear Human-themed armor.

First, it was sarcasm.

Second, surely the fact that the Horde can be more diverse with its races and from that what comes from it is more of a caring to the faction then just making the other races in the other faction subservient to the Humans can be seen as Blizzard being lazy with the Alliance and putting more effort into the Horde? Regardless of if it has a desired outcome.

Third, the Alliance would still exist. The Alliance is an actually alliance of nations with a High King who has power to command armies in war, assuming the leaders of said nation still agree with it. As Erevien pointed out the Horde has a dictator who everyone is forced to follow, or at the very least should be following.

The Alliance wouldn’t have fallen apart if their races were more develop to be independent as that is what they are meant to be. You can make a case that there would be a lot more tension and in a extreme case certain people or groups would leave but the Alliance would still stand.

in-before you make some comment how Worgen would leave the Alliance due to Maiev.

Not really, I don’t believe true biases exist in WoW, certain writers have their favourites but that is nothing new.

And at this point I would like to say what actually defines being bias in the first place as everyone has different opinions on what it means, regardless of whether it is right or wrong.

…Ok?

Do I have to mention again this was sarcasm?

The meme is getting so old and stale at this point.

he aslo planned the war of thorns, and set up rogues to sneak attack and kill guards theer, but when he has to do it himself(against malfurion ) to save sylvannas the warchief, its a problem for him. And what his honor is changes like evry minute aswell.

Well, they kinda fixed that with the Nazmir Naked Suicide Squad
Could be worse I guess
But why the “civilized” Nightbornes have the strange tradition to walk barefooted is beyond me

There was nothing wrong with that armour! Fitted well for the hot, humid swamp environment.

If she’s the Warchief why does she need to be saved ?

Saurfang came from the BlackRock clan, which is similar to the Warsong clan from Grom Hellscream.

Weakness is something is considered something that contaminates the strongest.

Correct me if I am wrong by this standards, shouldn’t Sylvanas slayed Malfurion in 1v1 combat and if she was losing shouldn’t that be considered a weakness ?

If Saurfang considered it a just fight than off course he felt awful for appearing in the middle of the fight and strike by the back, at Malfurion, his Warchief should had proven to him she was the strongest, not someone that needs help.

That’s my opinion.
Cheers.

Do you have a book of Saurfang’s code of honor or how do you can say that it makes no sense?

Because they wanna be a Troll again mon!
