Patch 8.2. More Horde internal flaggelation

I am glad you liked it.

How was the Horde portrayed, to your Alliance character ?

Cheers.

Stupid evil. I still don’t get the reason behind the brennadam change. Like it has no connection to any other parts of the overall or stormsong story. 80% was quilboars everywhere.

Naaaaaaaaa, it was well needed.

We had to find out the Horde was truly evil!!!

Yup and at the end your character will help the Horde characters with Jaina and Shaw.
The same faction that is doing evil stuff, to your Alliance character people.

You see ?

They don’t have our problems, but they have others.

Cheers.

We’re both shafted story-wise damn it.

Just with sticks of different colour and density. But equally as much painful.

I still predict that due to common popularity, the rebellion won’t succeed to gather enough people. We only have leaders opinion on it.

It’s just so sad to see that the same Orc which killed innocent Mothers are the same Orcs which speak about honor there…

I don’t see anything wrong with this Magister at all.
if anything I think we should just be glad that Blizzard acknowledges the purge as one the bad things to jaina’s legacy.

Let us see, while Sylvanas has a section of the Horde players support, she has the entire Alliance player base wanting her head.

Either she becomes the leader of a third faction or they will come with a plot twist that will include her stepping down from the Warchief seat.

Do you remember when the guy voicing Thrall was told in Blizzcon that the Horde would be posting a Warchief vacancy in Ogrimar ?

And guess what, Thrall is coming back.

Cheers.

Half of the Horde playerbase wants her head as well.

I think the part where he is willing to let Baine be executed so he can get his revenge is enough reason for me at least to plant my axe into his face.

If he is willing to put his needs in-front of the needs of his faction then I think that is enough of a compelling reason to kill him. Furthermore if he is a Sylvanas loyalist then there is nothing else what needs to be said.

Well…you aren’t called a traitor every day, Brother.

Well think those Orcs like the ones we saw in WoD Gromash Hellscream cinematic.

From what I witnessed, killing civilians was a standard practice.
Just see what the Ogres did to Grom mate and his people in the cinematic.
It was retaliation for his attacks.
We can see him at the beginning of the cinematic carrying Ogre heads at the back side of his seat.

Yes the Orcs have more primitive ways of waging war on their enemies Vs the more civilized Alliance races.

They suffer from bloodlust, something the Frostwolf Clan struggle against.
This is shown in WoD cinematic as well.

That’s why having a Warchief such as Thrall or Vol’Jin is crucial.

There was this video in YouTube:

Basically the author states that Saurfang has no honor.

I agree.
There is no such thing as universal Honor.
There is only your consciousness.
The thing that dictates that you are going too far.

The Alliance races set their standards very high, the Orcs have it lower, the Forsaken have no standards.

I hope that helped.

Cheers.

They made him show up only to double down of all people being wrong when they act mean against Blizzards new poster girl.

But why there are no general definition for honor? That just can be that they all have their own definition if the honor is praised in their culture…

Honor is a tribal culture thing in RL. What blizzard actually means is morality on 21th century standards.

More like a changed version of it…

Oh…I think Blizzard got the morality here closer to RL than people want to accept. From genocide denials, to ‘just following orders’ and hand-waving away own troops being murdered by your own commander as just ‘tactics’. Ideological purity and all that jazz is well and truly alive in the 21st Century.
