No problems.
I was 6, when I had to start learning Russian in school, but the main problem of making Russian character was that I do not have Russian keyboard and your name has to be written in Russian. So I had to copy-letter codes and then copy paste from notepad and do all sorts of magic.
Otherwise Russian players cannot care less how you communicate in-realm though, so lack of proper keyboard has never been an issue otherwise.
