Racial abilities
- Shadowmeld now shares a 45 second cool-down with Medallion and Adaptation
This would bring shadowmeld in line with players still being able to utilize Shadowmeld as it currently does, but at a trade off for being unable to trinket for 45 seconds
Feral Druid
- All damage reduced by 3% in PVP
I think Feral survival is perfectly fine and with a small reduction to overall damage will bring the maximum pressure down just enough to not drop them below S Tier.
Devastation Evoker
- Obsidian Mettle (pvp talent) now reduces the effectiveness of interrupts and Silences by 50% whilst Obsidian Scale is active, instead of granting immunity.
Devastation Evoker damage profile is far too over-tuned to have access to not one, but two walls that grant immunity to interrupts. This change will allow the burst window to be interrupt but not completely shut down. Targeting damage would be the wrong thing to do as it’s the main niche of Devastation
Hunter
- Survival Tactics (PVP Talent) has been removed from the game
- Chimaeral Sting (PVP Talent) has been removed from the game
Hunters damage is on the A++ Side however the main issue with Hunters right now is they are the jack of none, master of all. Removing Survival Tactics will bring the survival in line whilst the removal of Chimaeral sting would bring the crowd control to a near healthy level given they still have trap, scatter and double stun. These changes would drop Hunters into A / B tier depending on the spec
Frost Mage
- Frostbite proc chance reduced by 100% in PVP
- Energized Barriers no longer removes Snare effects from the Mage in PVP
Frost Mage mobility is far too high, and although many people believe it’s due to the blinks, alters and displacement, the actual issues are Frostbite and Energized barriers. Frostbite takes Mage to the next level with random 4 seconds snares, whilst Energized barriers means every time they recast, they self dispel snares, when combining that with strong slows themselves and many blinks, it becomes near impossible for a melee to re-connect. Removing the slow dispel and random Frost Bite will balance our mage mobility over the span of a game
Rogue
- Veil of Midnight (pvp talent) has been removed
- Sap initial duration reduced to 4 seconds in PVP
Rogues defensive capabilities are too good vs certain specs, and having the ability to cloak Disarms shouldn’t have ever been a thing. The Sap reduction is to nerf the impact of the opener of any Rogue comp whilst fixing the Rogue strength in Rated BG / Blitz
