Demonic No Longer activates Demon Form if Eye beam is interrupted.
Mana rift no longer deals % of health and will now only dispel 4% mana down from 8%
Rain from Above Fel lance damage reduced by 50%
Mage
Greater Pyro Removed from the game
Death Knight
Death Strike healing reduced by 50%.
Chains of Ice reduces movement speed by 50% down from 70%.
Warlock
Soul leech now absorbs maximum of 5% health down from 10%
Demon Armour now grants 75% increase armor down from 150%.
Monk
Windwalker damage reduces by 8% in pvp.
Touch of death damage reduced by 35% in pvp.
Enhancement Shaman
Damage reduced by 10% in PvP.
Astral Shift removed.
Developer Note: Our development team thought that Enhancement Shaman’s damage scaling is going out of control, so we tuned it down a bit to match it better with other classes damage output. Also, we removed Astral Shift from Enhancement Shaman’s toolkit to match it better with Enhancement Shaman’s class fantasy. It wasn’t helping much anyways.
Sap originally broke stealth but was changed to be a CC used in dungeons hence they remained in stealth. Which since that point has made them incredibly potent when combined with CC that doesn’t share that DR. They should favour removing somebody from the game via Sap, while opening on somebody else, making it similar but superior to gouge in many ways.
