Patron needs to change!

You cant learn all at once coz there are too many unlearned recipes those you cant craft so please give us only learned those you can craft. Dont give us unlearned recipes! Thank you!

I agree with this, the Patron orders are an obvious gold sink designed to get you to spend your materials in return for a miserly bit of knowledge. The system needs a rethink, especially with regards to getting so many orders where you don’t have the recipe.

It’s insane. Either the quality is not available yet or I haven’t learned the recipe. This should change Blizzard. This is insane and very demotivating.

I think it is fine the way it is. I feel like it’s supposed to simulate public crafting orders. The higher you get, the more orders you can take. It’s not just a profession-leveling-boost.
Also rewards you for picking multiple nodes, instead of just maxing one craft

Patrons could stop being so cheap and sometimes provide all mats

I gotta say the new BS orders that came in were all very doable
3 crafts that costed me maybe 3 core alloys and 5 ironclaw ore (all doable with t1 mats) for 5 knowledge points total
Still tried providing an epic craft with only the sparks checked out but 3/4 being easily doable is an improvement up from 0 out of 4

To be honest, idk why that’s not the default. Me having to provide mats like 100 Storm Dusts (wtf?) and 10 Gleaming Dusts simply translates these orders to “pay 50k gold a week to increase your skills”. It’s really not fun… I also feel there’s a huge difference how professions progress, I feel Tailoring is much better designed as Enchanting, for example. With no clear warning like “hey, this profession will suck DON’T pick it”, easy relearn / redistribute knowledge would be a must.

id like to add stop giving me recopies that require a tinderbox/nul stone with non of those items included by the npc then proceed to give me a augment rune and 70g… its a insult worse than public orders in df…
