So, according to the patron order page, I don’t have the materials to complete the orders. Yet, when I open the alchemy recipe page I have way more than enough materials, but somehow, I can’t complete the order.

I have the same with Alchemy and Engineering.
Seems like JW also has the same problem, did experience the same issue with an alt.
Are you checking the ranks the ‘Patron’ wants, sometimes catches me out
Keep in mind that if you keep your mats in the Warbank, you don’t have access to those mats when you do crafting orders, at least not the Patron one’s. You need to go and take out the mats you need. Its anoying as heck. If you do have the mats in your own bag, then I don’t know what’s wrong! =(

That’s really annoying.
The warbank in its self is awesome the only problem I have had so far is the same you just had. Hopefully Blizz will fix that shortly.
