they reset 22 talents on my brewmaster, now im lost
Icy Veins is your friend, well for the time being at least, until you sort out what you need.
You do if your talents got altered. Previous saved profiles are irrelevant.
You could always take
As a starting point and customise it how you want

I took screenshots of my talents just incase anything ever happened so I’m safe if mine have reset or been messed with

This talent system is biggest annoyance in the whole expansion. Anything but key nodes dont matter anyway so they hsould have stick with it, isntead of giving us 70+69 talents points where 124 of those are gonna be used for +1% movement speed.
That so much defeats everything the devs have tried to do. Maybe it is because they have failed.
Two talents were changed to my recollection in the first third of the tree. One is a completely new one, and the point requirements for two nodes were reduced to 1 from 2.
The rest should be the same still (what I use currently).
