I cancelled my 2nd account subscription a couple of days back to concentrate on account one. Account management confirmed the paid time will end 5th May which was yesterday. Surprisingly my Paypal account was still charged for another month.
OK, I thought, perhaps I cancelled my sub too late, no problem. So I contacted support and they answered in a few hours that my 2nd account sub is up and running without hiccups.
Fine, I will play another month, no worries - and then the game time ended.
So now I have paid for a month, have no game time, have not been refunded, and this time support announces they’ll answer in 4-5 days. If this goes on I’ve lost 1/4 of the paid time. Adding another sub is not an option, I can’t afford it if I don’t get my money back.
So, refund is ok. Adding that month to my WoW2 account is ok. Keeping my money and not giving me game time is not ok.
You’ll need a ticket for a refund or any other compensation. Nothing can be done on the forums.
I did that but it seems it doesn’t actually help as the GM bot answering the ticket doesn’t understand the situation and claims I have game time active when it is not. Apparently my only option left is to make a complaint to Paypal.
You should ask to escalate your ticket.

Did you reopen/click on ‘need more help’ with the original ticket? That way they get the whole story and can deal with it straight away.
Opening a new one puts you at the back of the queue.

I have no idea how to do that
Edit: And now my account one was kicked out and the system claims I have no game time. This is a clear scam.
Hey Susanne,
Looking at your ticket, the description of your issue was somewhat confusing, and it’s probably why you received the response that you got.
As for your issue, and while we won’t be able to provide more details on the forums, I can’t see anything wrong with your WoW2 account. You can verify your payment history and subscription status on your account management page if needed.

Apparently the culprit here was bank mobile app which claimed (and still does) that two accounts were charged for when in reality there was only one transaction. No wonder it seemed something was really wrong.
