I am really, really excited to play Classic Wow again after completing a nine month long tour of duty at sea.
So, I am delighted to have just successfully added a three month subscription to this account here (veteran account active since Jan 2006).
The order ID is Order #EU641544150. Order went through maybe a n hour ago.
Could you please have a look at it and let me know why I cannot play and my sub is still “expired”?

They can’t deal with payment or account issues over the forums due to european privacy laws, and account security. You need to make a ticket out if you want them to look into this.
Keep in mind, it can take up to 24hrs to verify payment, and activate an account. Its usually almost instant, but it CAN take up to 24hrs.
Keep in mind also that just because the money left your account, doesn’t mean Blizzard have received it. Due to “Strong Authentication Measures”, some banks will cancel subscription based transactions in mid process, in which case the money will be returned to your account in the next 7 to 28 business days (speed depends on your financial institution).
You can go to your account page, check the orders page, to look at the order status.

Edit: For future reference and to help others who may have the same issue, logging out from “Battle Net Launcher” and using my Authenticator and iphone to log back in again has solved the issue.
I don’t know if some kind Bliz gnome has worked some magic here or the “log out and log back in” not just “shut down & restart client” has solved the issue instead.

Thats awesome, but don’t forget to close your ticket also, to free up space in the ticket queue, now you no longer need official support for this issue

For payment issues, you can check your Transaction history to see the status of the payment, or double check that you do find the payment in question. Generally, if you can’t find any payment in the list, it will mean that it was declined (usually by your bank).
