Hello, I have a problem. Although my country is Russian Federation, prices in blizzard shop are shown in euros, and I pay in the same currency, so I end up paying twice more than I could have spent if payed in rubles. Is there a way to fix it?

Blizzard EU only accept Euro or GBP as far as I am aware.
Since you play on EU, currency will only show in Euros/British Pounds. You can see that in the browser link if you visit the Shop from outside the launcher, where the link is “eu” based. Similarly the US side will show all prices in USD.
When paying, your bank should convert currencies accordingly, but the payment will be done according to Euro conversion (unless things are different over there. It works like this for me as I am Indian).
