whenever I use the store I see lots of outdated payment methods. I’ve been subscribed to WoW for 20 years, the number of the VISA card changes every time a new card is issued and my bank tend to send a new card every couple of years so as you can imagine that’s a lot of outdated info
I tried to delete the outdated ones but can’t even get into my payment settings, I just get the error

Hi, I know this is an old thread, but did you ever get this resolved and how? I have the same at the moment after trying to resub and it getting froze, so went in and deleted old cards, now have this error and cannot see anything to update.
nope, still stuck with a dozen old cards I can’t delete
I actually have the same problem, 4 expired cards as payment methods that I can’t delete.
Albeit I’ve not tried in quite a while, I gave up trying.
Heh, so none of you can see any of the cards on the payment options page either? Only way I’ve been able to add my new card is by purchasing something and selecting add new card when asked what payment I want to use.
