Whilst I know there’s options to add new payment details via the in-game client - I wanted to access the website to remove old/expired payment details.
Yep, still getting errors also. I completely understand this is not an important issue - far more things to focus on improving - but it’s worrying how long things are left broken!
Nope - when using either the laptop or mobile phone, it doesn’t show on any browser. The rest of the website works okay…it’s just that page for some weird reason.
I’ve locked the thread as it was an already old one that was bumped again. Please follow the advice given here and submit a ticket to our Support Team, I’m sure they’ll be able to help further. As Saneko mentions, I’d recommend your ticket includes the fact you’ve been troubleshooting this for a while, across multiple devices and browsers to save everyone some time :).
