PC lag on loading screen

Hello,
I have a problem when i am on wow loading screen my pc lags for example youtube video start freezing while audio is playing correctly or discord lags etc.

My pc is pretty good 16gb 3200mhz cl14 ram,i7 8700k,RTX 2080 and 240hz alienware monitor with gsync.

Any ideas? I bought recently m2 970 evo plus cause i saw another post that it said it might be due to low drive disk i moved wow to m2 and still got the same problem.

Thanks in advance

That sound more like an internet issue to me.

got 130mbps 24/7 download and upload.

I see. But just because it is fast enough does not mean the latency is good or it is stable.
Maybe check if you have any packet loss.

nah no internet problem i have checked my ping and packet loss several times.

Based on your description in the initial thread, the root cause could be either connection based or system based. There are so many causes that we will have to narrow it down a bit and while I see from your prior responses that you have done a bit of troubleshooting already, we’ll need to troubleshoot some more to help narrow it down further.

First of all, we’ll need some system files to better get a look at your PC. Once you have the system files generated, copy them over to a website like Pastebin so that you can provide a link to the file in your response to this thread. Makes it a bit easier to read and you can provide links by using the </> symbol above the textbox when typing a response.

Aswell as the system files, we will need to take a look at your connection to our servers. You certainly have a fast internet package but it’s worth noting that the internet is like a series of road structures. Just because one road is smoothly paved with no issues, doesnt mean that another road is also smooth

So to look at your connection specifically to our servers, please follow the guide here. Again, once you have the results, copy them over to a website like Pastebin and provide the link so we can check it out.

It’s actually the G-Sync. I tried to disable it and tried again and everything was perfect. Any idea why though?

That is really weird. No issues with G-sync here.
Are you using more than one display?

yeah i am using 2 screens same resolution but only the main is 240hz and gsync

i had the same issue for quite a while as well, I disabled G-Sync and the lag is gone just like you said

did you find out a solution around it ? or you kept G-Sync off ?

Kept g-sync off so far.
