When the Order first arrived in Northrend, they intend to seek out the local Tuskarr tribes. After all, the Chronicles of the Tyr's Guard, Vol. IV which they had found in Tyr's Hand noted that the tale of the Crypt of Arduran had been passed down from To'toni, his Kalu'ak companion, to his tribe in death. It stood to reason that, if the story of Arduran's battle against and subsequent demise to Kelmir was the stuff of folklore, the Tuskarr tribe in Kamagua might still know the details of the story.
They journeyed down to the Isle of Spears and spoke with the Elder there, a senior Tuskarr by the name of Atuik, who knew of the tale of Arduran. The Tuskarr, evidently, knew it differently; to them, the focus was on To'toni, the legendary hunter that had helped to track down Kelmir, who they called Ku'kulok. The whereabouts of the tomb, however, remained a mystery, and Atuik noted that his people were finding it difficult to speak with their ancestors through their shamanistic magic. Something nearby, a dark and wrongdoing outsider, prevented it.
While the Order pondered on what to do next, they were set up by another foe. The Order of the Blood of Martyrs, their Scarlet enemies, had arrived upon the shores to the south and had come to Kamagua. Outside the village, the humans clashed with one another, and the Hoary Key - amidst the bloody and chaotic battle - changed hands.
With the Hoary Key in hand, the Order made haste in resolving the Tuskarr's problem, slaying a nearby Kvaldir mistcaller. Liberated from the misty chokehold that strangled the Elder's visions, a few of the Order travelled with Atuik on a spiritual journey to the shores of the Dragonblight, where they met his ancestor. Five generations removed, even the senior Atuik was but a pup compared to the long-deceased Ono'upa, and held him with great reverence, listening as a child would to their grandfather by the fireplace.
Ono'upa divulged what he knew of the tale of To'toni and Arduran, but even to him the location of the tomb was unknown. Perhaps To'toni had not told of the tomb's location, or perhaps his descendants considered it a cursed and forbidden land. He advised that only To'toni might know, but that there was another member of their party: a more 'savage' human that lived in the pine hills to the east, by the name of Svanrir.
Further advising that To'toni himself, who could be contacted via his spirit stone, knew of the location of the crypt, the Order's path was clearer now. They would have to journey to Moa'ki Harbour, through the Grizzly Hills, in which they might also be able to track down the descendants of long-dead Svanrir. With the Hoary Key in hand, and with an afternoon of mostly-successful spearfishing with the Tuskarr behind them, they set off on the path to Amberpine Lodge.
