I need help with my Penance macro…
I have
#showtooltip Penance
/use [harm][@targettarget] Penance
It works. However, I would like to make when you click on this macro (it is in my number 3) and also another keyword (like control) it heals my allies instead of making damage to his target. Does it possible?

[mod:ctrl,help][harm][@targettarget] PenanceI got a heavy doubt that you should have your tank on target ever as a disc priest. Not sure if you want it for pvp or pve, but just get a good healing panels.
I would recommend using mouseover macros for your heals, and having thing you want to attack as either a target or focus.
I personally use two separate keybinds and macros for penance, one defensive and one offensive.
