I don’t understand the reason why people keep spamming BRD until hitting 60. That would be the case in classic (vanilla) since the last boss was 59 level and all the bosses were higher level compared to TBC. But in TBC, the last boss is 56 level and that is the max. So it gives much less XP for people above 55. And there are crapload of dungeons to do with abundance of quests and high levels mobs like Dire Maul wings, LBRS, Strat UD/Living, Scholo, even UBRS (which you can start doing at 58 lvl and is not a 10 man raid anymore as far as I know).
So why do people keep spamming BRD? It is impossible to find groups for these dungeons i mentioned above.
You sure people actually spam BRD at 58-59?
Helping friends might be a reason.
Other than that, you can do Ramparts at 57 (only advisable to geared healers, or semi-boost). 58 and maybe 59 is typical entry questing, getting some gear.
These dungeons might be suffering from being endgame before. I didn’t do them, I didn’t want to fail around. The rest, they’ve been doing them too much during gearing up.
Consequently it’s super time consuming to put together a party. Even other dungeons like BRD or ST are seeing very few runs per day. On 13th, spent an hour waiting for a dps for BRD. On 14th, spent two hours waiting for a healer for ST (another group got in, starting with lf2m 2dps). Both during prime time in the evening. Arguably it’s Tuesday and Wednesday, probably the worst days (rest & reset, respectively).
… Another argument is boosts at 58, getting to grips with your character in easier content, and hopefully replacing some of the communal gear. I had an easier time finding groups for Ramparts at 57 than 58!
