People who / spit cause you own the deluxe edition

And what does a /spit do?

Does it hurt your feelings that badly? lol.

It is not about the emote, it is about the thought behind the spit. Why blame the players, blame the company behind it.

No, spit on people who are actively contributing to the destruction of Classic Era. Oh yes, destruction because the entire point of having it alongside Retail - a version going back to older times - is being rapidly undermined. People who can only see their own selfish needs and not the integrity of the game; people who almost certainly in the majority of cases will get bored of TBC after a few months and go back to the game evidently made for them-- which by the way is called World of Warcraft: Shadowlands.

Rushing to the endgame in a version that has FAR more limited endgame? A version where all the raids are cleared within days? No Mythic and nothing like as many BGs or other max-level features.

When I say rapid I mean an avalanche.

people who constantly talk about not being poor are actually poor so have fun with your deluxe mount and stop being rude

There are certainly other problems in Classic, that deserve more attention. It’s ridiculous how people make a fuss about the deluxe version, when there are so many who actively (and passively) support RMT - yet, it’s not a topic that is as heated as the DE.

That’s such a bait.
Well, maybe not. There’s a chance that you lack the brain capacity to figure out that this is something a part of the community deemed worth crying about.
Imagine being that bored (or flat out mentally challenged), to write a post like that.

Imagine actually thinking people spit on you because they cant afford 70 euros. Holy crap dude. Get off your high horse. LMAO. This forum becomes dumber and dumber by the day.

Right. So lets get even more of transactions! ‘official’ transaction by devs itself, so good so delicious!

BTW, there a lot of murders in world, do you justify your own murder with same words?

I believe activision will remove /spit soon, because well it interferes with milking.

Looks like plan is working as intended.

so because people are cheating blizzard should just say F the game and go all out on monetization instead?

what even is this logic?

Yeah, would be a shame to assume players could use their own brain - right?

When the top football clubs presented a idea of a closed “super” league, fans around the world spoke out against it and showed that united they can stop a greedy attempt to milk cash. No audiance, no fans, no money. The league was canceled shortly after.

However, the average modern WoW player clearly cant think on their own - as you highlight, so whatever turd Blizzard presents with the text “Deluxe” on should be purchased.
Who cares how this affects the game, their attention span can only detect a train a millisecond before it hits them plus they get to feel that 70 Euro is “alot of money”.

Emperors new expansion.

Indeed spitting on other players achieves nothing other than making people think you’re just unpleasant. Spitting on players will not stop people buying anything from Blizzard. Spitting on players will not have any affect on Blizzard. It’s just bad behaviour towards their fellow players.

I have actually encountered very few spitters, none since entering the Portal to Outlands. I have seen lots of mounts but I am on a busy realm. I have had no issue doing dungeons, grouping with others etc. I think the bulk of the player base either don’t care or wouldn’t target other players over it.

Not every player plays for the same reason you and others do. Some just want to relive their old BC time and not deal with classic, others are in it to make gold and have a way so to do it faster and some people have just in general no idea of the whole deluxe fiasco because, newsflash: the average WoW player does not sit all day on news websites and forums talking about it.

Your entire comment makes no sense because it generalizes the mainstream thought process of “microtransactions bad” while most people simply do not care.

I think the nostalgic raged fill sweats who continuously have to be negative here and in-game about this stuff are outnumbered by those who don’t. I can assume that most players are too mature to even think about getting so upset about a few minor changes to a game.

To all the people who feel like they have to spit on others in-game and belittle those who just play the game: it is normal to have a midlife crisis where you want to get your youth back in some way or another, but please just buy a motorcycle and get over it.

People are done with you. Just let people enjoy the game instead of finding every possibility to let them know that their playstyle does not match yours.

It’s a game.
Get over it, clearly it works if it’s offending you over it.

I don’t care one bit about what mount skin people ride around on. What annoys me are the Communal-geared human anchors that join my dungeon farming group and single-handedly make every clear 10 minutes longer. I wish there was a way to filter whispers by gear score. :unamused:

Exactly.
It’s just a game, don’t get upset over trivial changes.

That what we get for indoctrinating people with nonsense like “words can hurt”

These won’t be just trivial, since you know they’ll add more and more
We already know it’s working, if you’re getting this offended over a simple spit lol.
