How seriously does Blizzard take such actions? I mean it’s not the first time this happens, that people have misused mass reporting just to get people banned they don’t like.
How does Blizzard deal with these kinds of actions?

I haven’t seen any evidence of automated bans. What streamers have demonstrated is that there are automated mutes that can result from mass reporting.
As long as false reports are punished to disincentivise them, I think that’s probably a reasonable measure to have in place so that people aren’t free to spam anything they like in public channels for hours or days until a human at Blizzard (and there seemingly aren’t many) sees it.
blizz does nothing, i got a 7 day ban for posting strategies in av and saying dont cap sh gy, my ticket has been unread for 5 days. average wait time is 24h. maybe its because i asked them to provide the communication logs and explain what exactly i did that broke the tos
try spaming av for a day or 2 and post a strategy at the start. it only takes 1 animal per game to report you for the autoban to happen, after 20 or so matches u will get banned
I don’t agree. My 7 day ban is 100% automated. Unless you have GMs working on a sunday night? Got banned for a week last sunday at 9.48pm. Kicked me of the game whilst I was flying around shatt. How do you explain that? I am not trying to start a war just want an explanation.
apperantly people on the other side of the pond have started to pick up on it as well
