As you guys may have seen already; Bananas, which was originally a TCG pet reward, is soon being re-introduced as a charity pet.
This might be a sign that they are going to gradually bring back TCG items over the next years as (potentially) future charity rewards.
Personally I’m all for that. I’d like to get myself Rocket Chicken & Spectral Tiger Cub without having to pay hundreds just for a couple of polygons in a game. 
And if the money is going to a good cause then that’s even better.
you can literally buy those for gold in the bmah and even in the ah as of now
I would love some of the TCG stuff and I’m not willing to pay the prices that are currently being charged for the cards. Out of this world.

I would say it’s to simple to get that TCG pet. One reason why people want those items are to show off, now it will be worth, less
I spend some time on one half dead server to get my t3 items/pets/toys and tabards with good amount of effort, would not like them to do it with other items…
Maybe You’re right , maybe We should keep those for a handfull of dashing few , it is not just about the money it is about style.
More and more TCG items find their way into the game and have done so for some years now.
And that’s great.
But there are some TCG items that would be very controversial to reintroduce in the game.
And I don’t think Blizzard wants to stir the beehive, just because they can.
So I don’t think all TCG items will become available in the game.
Do the TCG items come on the BMAH?
Tabards do at least, that’s where I got both of mine. I know some toys also show up but idk the full list.

Some things go for over gold cap from sellers, it’s insane. Depends on the item though.
There is also an official TCG website where you can buy the actual cards off sellers. The prices are a little insane at times.
Yep, current prices are far beyond reasonable, even for rich mofo countries like the Scandinavian ones.
The cards were affordable up to about 2013, when the last TCG set came out and they stopped printing them. On my old account I had all 17 TCG mounts that are collectable and I paid about 5 million gold for them all (combined). Collecting from 2013 to early 2015. And then ridiculous price hike started. By mid-WOD mounts were already so expensive that they completely disappeared from AH (cap was 1 mil back then)
Technically the tabards aren’t TCG items. They came from UDE point cards which you could redeem on a website and use for various items (tabards, ogre costume, fireworks thing, etc.). I think those were also the first items Blizzard put on the BMAH. Probably because they weren’t technically TCG items.
Thankfully I have some massive trading skill and got some mounts for a mere 50 000 gold he he he he, back then in the realm I came from who dissapeared most of the thing in the ah were mine and if you wanted a price you had to come over my fishing chair and do a /kiss emote and say:be my friend Rainblood, I was only getting up the chair to farm or collect the gold, sweet memories xD !
