To say the least, I’m very much upset about this. I have NO idea why this has happened, because I don’t even play the game for content, I just roleplay on Argent Dawn. I’ve no reason for toxicity, I barely communicate in whispers. I have had this account since I was little, and I’ve gathered so many fond memories over the years. So many characters, memories, items, money… all gone, without a specific reason as to why. I have had this account for 14 years.
I don’t know what to do other than to keep submitting tickets. If you can bump this with a like, maybe a member of the support team will see it. I would never ask for help in this way, if I wasn’t desperate for it.
I had also made a post on Reddit, which was at the top of the WoW reddit for the entirety of yesterday (https(://)www(dot)reddit(dot)com/r/wow/comments/1k3jgrt/comment/mo58xwg/?context=3), and many others said that they were struggling with the same issue, and the slow responses from the CS team (which I assume is due to it being Easter weekend).
This appears to be some sort of autoban error. Everyone I spoke to received two identical emails, six minutes apart, with the same generic explanation as to why their entire Bnet account was nuked. Even some people who hadn’t played in months/weeks, and still got banned.
