Ban discussions aren’t allowed on the forums to prevent speculation and wrong information being given.

when the only place that he can talk about it is here then what should he does?
he is saying after talking to customer support for a while he didnt get anything ,
or any answer that helps him with the problem.

then it could be a wrong ban.
keep talking to customer support .
if you have screen shots or any kind of proof give it to them too,
sadly problem of blizzard is that they dont give the detail of the mistake that the player made so those player can stop doing it again and learns what was their mistake
