While playing some pvp the other day I faced a hunter who was able to cast harpoon continuously keeping me rooted for well over 20 seconds without a DR or anything 3 seconds → 3 seconds → 3 seconds… Is this intended functionality or is that somehow an exploit?
Not an exploit ive encountered or heard off. Never encountered as a bug either. There is a circumstance in which harpoon cooldown resets when you get rooted yourself in middle of cast (dont even know if that is still ingame) but that would only explain for one extra harpoon.
So most likely either a bug, or your ui/vision that is flawed, or you inflate the numbers or you simply lie.
I couldn’t move, so not an UI bug. And yeah I love to come to the hunter forums to lie when I ask questions about something that confuses me. It was a WG game and I was above graveyard so I assume it must have been that he couldn’t jump to me.
Yep last part could for sure be the case
Its a new 9.2 bug which only happens in rbgs / in the overworld.
