Since 8.2 I have been getting very frequent disconnects, just now I had 4 disconnects in less than 5 minutes.
Seems to happen more in instances, especially Eye of Eternity.
It can happen when I am doing banking on my bank alt or any time really.
It’s happened so much that I deleted WoW completely and reinstalled fresh and setup my addons again that I have had configured to my liking for the past 5 years.
It happens even with no addons enabled so addons are not the issue.
This is a new Windows installation (less than 3 weeks old) and I use a LAN cable on a fibre connection.

I also have the similiar issue where I keep disconnecting randomly without anything specific really I mean right now I disconnected while channeling Deathgate.
I also disconnect from the battle.net app but my internet is not disconnected as I do browse internet and watch netflix at the side without issues.
Any known fixes or should I just reinstall the app/game?

Happens to me aswell, I try to login but I disconnect and when I finally login they ask me for authenticator and after that I successfully login but after a few mintues I disconnect

Got the same problem. It started like 20 mins ago for me. This is new for me, have not had any problems with DC during the last two weeks of 8.2.
I just updated Deadly Boss Mods, could that have something to do with it?
Same… I DCd 4 times during one pull on Queen Azshara today. Good to know I’m not the only one

Still happening, literally unplayable.
Experiencing the same issue. When the 8.2 patch started it didn’t disconnect at all then I went away for 2 weeks, came back, updated addons and I have frequent disconnects since. Tried resetting interface and did all the common network troubleshooting steps to no avail. When the disconnect happens it also kicks me from battle.net app. Everything else works fine, my connection is stable.
EDIT: The disconnect range is between 10 – 15 minutes.
I am having this issue this weekend as well like every 5 minutes.
same problem here since today. Keep getting disconnects, sometimes straight away, sometimes in a few minutes. Unplayable here.
constant DCs since yesterday
Same here, sometimes it happens right after login, sometimes after some time. This is a new problem for me, tried to repair installation, but the same problem.
Had 3 times today, yesterday 2-3 as well. Got 3 free days as a gift from Blizzard. Thought that will be good idea to return, but with lags and disconnetions I will say “no thank you” maybe another time.
I cant get past the login screen now. Random disconnect at Mechagon and than for the past 30 minutes cannot enter any character and actually play the game. Any fixes found? Ideas what it may be caused by?

I might have a fix for you, works for me so far. Go to System -> Network and disable the “Optimize Network for Speed” setting. Didn’t have a disconnect after I did this.

I still disconnect but more infrequently, it also introduces a lot of input lag and for some reason my G600 mouse buttons don’t always activate
