Since the beginning of the season 2 of 9.1, starting yesterday, I am being disconnected right upon landing after taking a flight, be it landing in Korthia or the Kyrian covenant.
I keep trying, get disconnected a few times, and after a few minutes, I manage to log in.
Teleporting with the hearthstone is not a problem, though.

Turns out, after a couple of minutes or so, I can usually log back in, without making any changes or tanking any steps on my side. It’s not all that inconvenient, as I haven’t taken flight paths that often lately. It was reasonable to assume it was a problem strictly on the server side, which should be fixed eventually.
At any rate, haven’t experienced the problem today. It seems that you guys are working out the kinks and solving these connectivity problems. Thanks!
EDIT: Oh, well, happened again. Hope you guys can fix this stuff soon.
Hey. I have the same issue. Someone told me on reddit to dismount before taking a flight. Odd but it works for me! Hope it will for you too.
Hi, I’m not just getting disconnected, I’m getting a fatal excepttion error (game completely crashes). Both times so far on flightpaths in WoD Draenor. The error message comes up is quite detailed and I can’t type it all out. It’s the one that says: ACCESS VIOLATION. Process ID 3784 ThreadID 16276 The memory could not be read etc etc. I also get an error log that I guess is sent to Blizz automatically, which I’ve completed.
EDIT: I was also previously getting my computer crashed (screen frozen, CTR ALT DEL not working) by what I thought was the Battle Net client. I disabled hardware acceleration and thought that was working, but just after I posted this the crash happened again.
Happens to me too!
Now it happened in Maw (yes, Im falling to my death atm) and I am in dc loop.
Their post says it is fixed but it surely is not. So many ppl are having this same problem, repair tools and resetting UI ain´t doing a thing to this one.
Closing the BattleNet desktop app after launching the game seems to have removed the issues I was experiencing (crashing computer in game).
Still disconnecting, weeks into 9.1, just after I flew from Korthia to the Maw.
Hope they fix this soon.
