I am reaching out to report ongoing issues with disconnections and high latency on the realm Pozzo dell’Eternità. These problems have persisted despite extensive troubleshooting and discussions with multiple Game Masters, including GM Oetaujoara, GM Rosthdra, and GM Sollinel. They have all reviewed my case, confirmed the severity of the network issues, and suggested escalating this matter to the development team via the forums.
Key Issues:

Frequent Disconnections: The error WOW51900319 consistently interrupts gameplay.

High Latency: Even with a stable and fast network connection, latency spikes occur frequently.

Packet Loss: Diagnosed through WinMTR tests, packet loss is evident at intermediary network nodes under Blizzard’s control or its partners.
System Specifications:
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (latest drivers installed).
• CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H.
• RAM: 16GB DDR4.
• OS: Windows 11 Home (fully updated).
Network Details:
• Connection Type: Wired Ethernet.
• Download Speed: 783 Mbps.
• Upload Speed: 94 Mbps.
• Ping: 8 ms.
Steps Taken So Far:

Updated all drivers and OS.

Reset the game’s interface (Cache, Interface, and WTF folders cleared).

Disabled unnecessary background applications.

Ran two detailed WinMTR tests targeting Blizzard servers:
• Target 1: 37.244.62.173.
• Target 2: 66.40.183.235.
WinMTR Results Summary:
• Significant packet loss (up to 26%) and latency spikes (up to 4970 ms) at intermediary nodes, especially “ae1-br01-eqam1.as57976”.
• Persistent packet loss at the final hop to Blizzard’s servers.
Previous Communication with Game Masters:
The Game Masters I have spoken with (including GM Sollinel) confirmed that these issues are network-related and acknowledged the findings in my diagnostic tests. However, they also noted that such problems require direct attention from the development team or those managing Blizzard’s network infrastructure.
