Persistent game crashing issue since latest patch

Hi,

Ever since the patch launched today (17th January), I’ve been having a reccuring issue with the game crashing and force closing with an error. The game was working fine yesterday. It seems to happen when I use certain items (e.g. it crashed twice while i was trying to learn the Mosa Umbramane druid appearance) but has also just randomly crashed on its own. All in all it has crashed 4 times in under 30 mins which is extremely unusual for my PC.

I hope this can be resolved soon since I dare not enter an M+ or raid when my game might give out at any moment x)

I have the same problem

I’ve had this once so far. It happened like 10 secs after hsing back to valdrakken. Not had that happen ever before.

Update, just had it again just now while trying to right click a tabard I didn’t have yet to learn the appearance. It seems to happen when you’re trying to add a new appearance or transmog to your collection.

Edit: nevermind it just did it randomly when I landed on a mount.

My game started to lag horrendously by the time I was done raiding today, and then proceeded to crash with an error message. This has literally never happened until 10.2.5.

Same Problem. Never had any Problem, now it crashes constantly.

these crashed you are reporting sounds like it is because the addons you are using isnt updated for latest patch yet.
i could ofc be wrong here but it just sounds like it :sunglasses:

I also suffer from crashes. They happen in specific areas and looks graphics related. I haven’t been able to pin down what exactly. FYI, the error is:
