I participated in the PVP daily quest near Cobalt Assembly. My character picked up the ‘Unstable Blink’ ability but, after leaving the area, I still have this buff applied to my character causing me to blink around uncontrollably. I have tried teleporting to a different zone (Dalaran, Org., etc) but I still have the buff applied.
I was queueing battlegrounds and arena at the same time as participating in the Cobalt Assembly PVP quest.
Character is called “Alive” on Jaedenar (EU).
