This is to whoever may implement changes within the random battleground system based on player feedback.
You’ve received a lot of feedback about players exploiting the random battleground que system. Based on the lack of action on this issue, whoever are responsible for processing feedback do not seem to care about this issue. Interesting, but there doesn’t seem to be any reason not to fix this. In my view it should be added on the implementation agenda.
The team makes changes all the time. Recently they have fixed things that are not exploits or bugs - such as the use of flasks and other consumables within battleground environments. Why would they not fix something that is a clear and systematically used exploit?
This what seems (with moderate exaggeration) 24/7/365 queuing of 10-man premades deteriorates the experience of random battlegrounds for the rest of players. It’s not necessarily a “random” battleground when on each que you have between a 1/3 to 1/4 chance to que into a full premade team. Therefore, you will have less and less new players que into this content. The ones who would otherwise like the content will no longer engage, or will engage less. This means less subscriptions and revenue over time. Ok, this applies to everything in the game, but this is probably a bigger deal than most people realize.
So, these people are effectively griefing random battlegrounds. Players provide feedback on the issue repeatedly. For some reason the issue persists. The exploitation of the que system is something that’s proven too difficult to fix or it’s not seen as a real problem?
Many good changes have been implemented but for some reason some rather dumb but impactful issues persist in the game. I’m not sure why we need to lobby for certain changes when the problem has been identified and the solution is easy to defend and implement.
