I have a personal guild along with a family member (so only 2 accounts used that guild. 7 tabs wiped clean a few weeks ago. I reassured my family member they were fixing it.
Logged on with their guild master character and my guild officer character today. Guild bank remains 100% wiped. They did not get a single item in mail.
However, their personal bank (not guild bank (actual personal bank) is also 100% wiped too.
Starting thread to see if people have been having this happen too.
