Personal nameplates above character's head

Is there any way to put a personal nameplate bar above your head instead of below? It seems to me that it’s move effective to use it that way, like in ffxiv or moba games, easier to see health and track important information.
There should be an option to choose your preferred way of showing personal nameplate.

The player unit frame is large enough to track it with peripheral vision, but it clutters the screen a lot, especially because there is also a portrait, other UI elements, etc…

Personal nameplate is smaller and show not be that far from your enemy nameplate, if you compare visual positions on screen, whereas the enemy nameplate is on the top and your plates are at the bottom of the screen. Your eyes go brrr

You can use plater to move it to a static position but then it won’t shift up and down as you move the camera.
You can also move enemy nameplates to below their feet so they’re closer to your point of focus, but I’ve only seen one person do that.

In general I’d advise against putting any aura/personal resource bar above your character as that’s usually where the boss is, and the million flashing spell effects will make it hard to see.
